Very informally! I have a tendency to spiral and ruin whole days/weeks for myself - I think it's just come naturally from appreciating my faults and knowing my stumbling blocks. Finding out I'm AuDHD has changed things immensely, I'm finally able to be kinder to myself and let things go. It's not always successful mind.
Absolutely love that. The formal stuff is fantastic although, in my opinion, the informal practices that are more constant have been where the magic starts to stick.
