Making mindfulness for ADHD accessible
I’m really excited to have partnered with ADHD UK until the end of the year to deliver some mindfulness sessions.
Part of making Mindfulness accessible for ADHD brains involves working with those who aren’t in a position to invest in a 1:1 programme and partnering with a great charity will allow me to do so.
These sessions will run on the 3rd Tuesday of every month, with the first one being on Tuesday 21st July at 19:00 GMT.
Instead of another long practice which you find hard to focus on or integrate into your busy life with ADHD, these sessions will help you learn the benefits of mindfulness in a way that’s accessible, practical and works for you individually and on an ongoing basis.
Because of their size & nature, these tools are built for supporting you in the workplace and beyond.
Practicing mindfulness with ADHD can offer many benefits, including:
Reduction in stress
Being more present
Increased self awareness
Increased attention & focus
Controlled impulsivity
Emotional regulation
Feeling calmer, clearer & more in control
As I’m working with a charity, whilst donations are encouraged, these sessions operate on a pay-what-you-can basis.
Looking forward to seeing you there
